As a Senior Trial Attorney at Temple & Associates, Terrie achieved the highest percentage of mediation settlements in the firm. In addition to handling her own cases, Terrie consistently attended mediations for her colleagues.Terrie has successfully mediated and co-mediated dozens of cases since joining CRS in June, 2014.
OTHER EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining staff counsel, Terrie enjoyed a successful career in a variety of leadership positions at Allstate. She developed and coordinated evaluation and negotiation training for adjusters; reviewed complex personal injury files for authorization requests; and conducted weekly pre-trial sessions with adjusters and managers. Her other positions at Allstate included:
