An experienced litigator with over 25 years of experience, Mr. Young has tried numerous cases to juries, to the bench, and has also participated in numerous arbitrations. Mr. Young’s trial experience includes trials and arbitrations in construction defect, wrongful termination of employment contracts, landlord/tenant disputes, real estate failure to disclose litigation, breach of contract, business disputes, personal injury, collections, probate and estate matters, and corporate sale disputes.
